Monday morning fog

There doesnt seem to be enough espresso  in my cup today.  The brain  fog is lifting slower  than the actual fog outside.  Anyone ever have that issue?? SOOOO its Monday,  I like Mondays it's off to my rocking  chair to feed my need for knowledge.  Currently  working  on  the new startup  business  as I retire  into this new life of mine.  I can not wait to see how this all comes together.  Years ago the brick and mortar  was so great,  but your stuck in the building  waiting  on your clients,, well not anymore.  Ecommerce  is designed  for people  looking  for freedom.  Drop shipping  you never have to touch anything.  So excited!!! Evening Saturday Post

 Oh my goodness what a fantastic  day  I have had. I started off in Deadwood TX,  Made my way to Waskom  to pick up some Design  Jewelry  From Designer  Angel's Creations.  LOOK ON INSTAGRAM FOR THE JEWELRY FOR SALE.  She is an amazing  artist who by the way is visually impaired and Autistic.  So please look at her stuff on my site . So after spending  a good hour going over some new designs  I left heading to EF. God spoke to me and said turn right ...head to the lake to get some photos done today. Woow is all I have to say New friends , lots of Art, and even one of the Presidential Families.. Oh and let's not forget the Eagal. Saturday mornings

Saturday mornings are my free time to shop for the week, to take my photos,  to upload my videos and work on me.. Letting go has been my hardest  bump in the rd. I am determined through this transformation to become self aware of my needs and my goals.  If you are almost 50 and reaching this transition yourself I would love to hear from you.

Good afternoon  .... let's talk keto. I am coming  off a 16 hour keto fasting today. Boy oh boy was I ready to eat,, most days I try and eat a clean keto diet, but today .... well let's just say I have been craving  the salt.. so tacos were sounding  so good.. I wanted crunch tacos!!!  Here is my suggestion. Pork rinds.. yes  pork rinds onto of all that juicy meat and creamy sour cream.. You will be a happy TACO EATER TOO.  until Tomorrow  Travel Far and Eat Keto Style
